A: An RSS Reader makes browsing the web more efficient. It checks all the RSS capable sites you want to read all at once, and gives you a list of everything on the site. It tells you which items you have already seen, and highlights the new and updated ones. There is no navigating from site to site trying to find what you are looking for.
